With a sample size of 200 respondents, the research uses a quantitative methodology to examine important aspects of AI-driven onboarding systems, including time efficiency, user happiness, engagement, and adaptability. According to the studies, companies which have used AI-powered onboarding structures have visible discernible boom in employee satisfaction and a massive decrease within the time wanted for onboarding tactics.
