- <p>Datasets containing uncertainty budgets of measurements performed with Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) on electronic waste materials (specifically printed circuit boards, PCB).</p> <p>Results reported in the datasets are part of the characterization of CRM candidate material PCB.</p> <p>Data are elaborated and resulting dataset files are obtained with INAA-INRIM 3.0 software, pre-release version.</p>
