Dissimilar solvents are far apart and/or separated by hills and mountains.</p> <p>The component planes on the right show how the model parameters/solvent properties change across the map.</p> <p>The data used for this map are the values for thes solvents in the solvent parameter model, as published here: DOI 10.1556/JPC.25.2012.3.2.</p> <p>The map is a self-organising (Kohonen) map that was created using an in-house script.</p>
