- <p><strong><span>Abstract: </span></strong><span>The gig economy, which is defined by temporary engagements, freelance labor, and short-term contracts, has become a significant factor in India's employment landscape. This study analyzes the possibilities and challenges of the gig economy in India to enhance understanding of its impact on people, corporations, and the broader economy. The study, including 175 respondents, employs a quantitative data analysis method to discern major trends, employee motivations, economic rewards, and obstacles such as job security, benefits, and regulatory issues.
