contents <p>We collected 12,616 publicly available airway metagenomes and 933 newly sequenced samples to construct the Airway Viral Genome Catalog (AVGC), which comprises 115,196 high-quality viral genomes. Within AVGC, we identified a total of 56,885 viral operational taxonomic units (vOTUs). Associated data files, including viral genome sequences, annotation files, and an updated Kraken database, are available here.</p>
