| contents | <p><strong><span>.</span></strong><span> <u>Objective</u>: To analyze the difficulties of elderly people, with low education, in relation to using WhatsApp. <u>Methods</u>: Using a qualitative-quantitative approach and experimental technique, this research, of an applied-descriptive nature, analyzed the use of the application with five elderly people, fathers and mothers who have been using WhatsApp for more than two Years. <u>Results</u>: The results express that low education cannot be announced as the determining reason for difficulty in use, as aspects related to advancing age, physical, psychological, as well as social, cannot be disregarded, given that they conform the completeness of intrinsic characteristics of the elderly person. <u>Conclusions</u>: The replication of this research with elderly people with higher education levels onwards is a suggestion for future research, aiming to conclude or infer, in a cumulative way, whether education presents itself as a factor that hinders the use of WhatsApp.</span></p> |
