contents <p><span>To develop and validate a radiomics-based method for lung cancer detection, chest CT images of patients with pulmonary nodules from clinical 5 centers were collected. We hope this large-scale dataset could facilitate both clinical research for automatic lung cancer detection and diagnoses, and engineering research for 3D detection, segmentation and classification. The complete CT images have been previously deposited at Zenodo with doi of <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13908014">10.5281/zenodo.13908014</a> and <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13908029">10.5281/zenodo.13908029</a>. Here, we provided the </span><span>annotation and segmentation of the 3D region of interest (ROI) for convenience. <br></span></p>
