By focusing on positive emotional states and glimpsing flourishing, individuals broaden their awareness, generate more creative solutions, and begin constructing the neural framework for transformation.</p> <p>The PATH framework (Peek, Align, Trace, Hold) ensures this process is intuitive, minimizing cognitive effort while maximizing momentum.
