contents
We present the Warnell-Grok Hybrid Fractal Gravity (WGHFG) model,

a novel cosmological framework where gravity operates as a fractal, scale-

dependent process, defined as Ftotal = GM/r2+δ(r) +GMdark/rDdark , with

a dynamic exponent δ(r) and a hybrid component (ε= 0.36) for long-scale

dynamics. WGHFG unifies planetary orbits (Mercury’s perihelion preces-

sion: 43 arcseconds/century), galactic rotation curves (e.g., M31, M101),

the cosmic microwave background (CMB) energy (4.0×1066 J), and cluster

dynamics (Bullet Cluster lensing: 10−6 arcsec) without traditional dark

matter particles or inflationary expansion. Using AI-optimized fractal di-

mensions (D≈ 1.9–1.96) and Monte Carlo simulations (108 systems), we

demonstrate that WGHFG’s self-similar structure, augmented by a mini-

mal hybrid adjustment, explains observed phenomena across scales. This

work challenges the ΛCDM paradigm, offering a unified theory testable

with future surveys (e.g., Euclid, DESI).
