| contents | <p><strong><span>Abstract</span></strong></p> <p><span>The article substantiates the conceptual and applied foundations for developing an innovative diagnostic platform for the operational system of a developer enterprise in the field of construction development. Particular attention is given to process-structural transformations as a key vector in shifting from fragmented management to an integrated process-oriented approach that covers the full value creation cycle—from design to project commissioning. A multi-criteria evaluation system for managerial decisions is proposed, incorporating indicators such as adaptability, strategic alignment, digital maturity, risk resilience, and energy efficiency. Special emphasis is placed on the creation of a digital operational diagnostics panel that enables real-time visualization, analysis, and management of core business processes. The article presents a typology of diagnostic functions aligned with project life cycle phases, supported by relevant digital performance indicators. Implementation of the proposed system not only enhances decision-making effectiveness but also contributes to the strategic development of enterprises operating in a dynamic and turbulent construction market environment.</span></p> <p> </p> |
