- <p>Abstract: The article's objective is to increase the capacity of the South African police force to<br>identify and address criminal activity by means of forensic and scientific research<br>investigations. The requirements for legislative compliance will be outlined in this article, along<br>with an assessment of the level of compliance, a plan for handling non-compliance and<br>maintaining compliance, an estimate of the possible consequences of non-compliance, and a<br>breakdown of the Act's legal requirements for medical surveillance.
