- <h3><span><span>Results: Patients after reconstructive surgery on the internal carotid artery showed a significant improvement in the form of a decrease in the linear velocity of blood flow in the area of the reconstructed deformation from the initial 2.112±0.151 m/s to 0.942±0.097 m/s (p<0.05), the gradient of blood flow velocity did not exceed 1.2.</span></span><span><span> In the area of surgical correction of the internal carotid artery on the 30th day, laminar blood flow was diagnosed in 192 (97.5%) cases, turbulent blood flow in 5 (2.5%) cases.</span></span> <span><span>After 6 and 7 years, restenosis of the internal carotid artery was detected in 2 patients.</span></span></h3>
