  • <p>As global demand for timber continues to rise, Eucalyptus species have emerged as a cornerstone of commercial forestry, prized for their rapid growth rates and adaptability to diverse environmental conditions. However, the expansion of Eucalyptus plantations—particularly beyond their native habitats—has been accompanied by increasing vulnerability to foliar fungal pathogens. These pathogens, which target leaves and shoots, pose a significant threat to tree health, productivity, and long-term plantation sustainability.</p>
