The controversy persists due to the complexity and the need for a detailed interdisciplinary analysis of malpractice situations. Only by informing ourselves about these cases, analyzing them, and striving to be aware of them, will we be able to avoid repeating others' mistakes. Moreover, communication should not be neglected, as direct, transparent, and empathetic dialogue could help resolve malpractice cases quickly and correctly, helping medical institutions maintain their reputation and patients' trust.</span> </p>
