•
This paper introduces a novel reinterpretation of black hole collapse, derived from the Actualization Function (AF) framework. By replacing the classical singularity with a bounded Recursive Compression Domain (RCD), the model resolves infinite curvature, preserves information, and redefines event horizons as suppression gradients rather than discrete boundaries. The theory is quantitatively contrasted with GR and Hawking radiation predictions and provides testable observational differences, including neutrino-structured decay and the absence of thermal tails. Three embedded figures visualize the curvature cap, energy loss behavior, and actualization threshold. This work presents a rigorously structured, falsifiable alternative to the standard black hole model.
