| contents | <p><span>In this paper oxidation and reduction reactions were studied. Oxidation is loss of the electrons and increases the oxidation state or the oxidation number. The reduction gains of the electrons and decreases the oxidation number and inceases the reduction number. This paper shows the law of the oxidation state change with the velocity of electromagnetic waves. Also, the paper gives the law of the oxidation number and reduction number changes with the length of electromagnetic waves. The transition function of the oxidation state was established. These laws is announced the first time in the literature.</span> </p> |
