Vermeulen leg.; NHMUK 20180575.</p><p><b>Type locality.</b></p><p>“ Phnom Kampong Trach ”, Cambodia.</p><p><b>Differential diagnosis.</b></p><p>This species is similar in shell shape to other Cambodian representatives (<i>H. discobasis</i>, <i>H. sorormajor</i> sp. nov., <i>H. sororminor</i> sp. nov., <i>H. aquila</i> sp. nov.) but differs from all of them by the presence of a keel with a concave surface below it but flat above it (vice versa in other species). Furthermore, this species has hooked apertural barriers in contrast to <i>H. discobasis</i> and <i>H. sororminor</i> sp. nov. See also under <i>H. cambodjense</i>.</p><p><b>Distribution.</b></p><p>This species is known from Kampot province, Cambodia.</p> |
