| contents | <p><strong><span lang="FR">Résumé</span></strong></p> <p><span lang="FR">Les recherches sur la performance individuelle des employés occupent depuis plusieurs années, une place primordiale dans les sciences de gestion. De nombreux articles scientifiques ont été publiés avec des résultats pertinents et parfois divergents. Le présent travail a un double objet : d’une part, il vise à étudier l’influence de l’engagement des employés sur la performance individuelle, et d’autre part, le rôle que joue la nature des liens sociaux sur cette relation. </span><span><span lang="FR">Une analyse empirique basée sur un échantillon de 209 entreprises publiques camerounaises révèle que, </span></span><span lang="FR">l’engagement des employés a une influence positive sur la performance individuelle des salariés et la nature des liens sociaux modère cette relation. Au Cameroun, la nature des liens sociaux influence davantage la relation entre l’engagement calculé et la performance individuelle. <span> </span></span><span lang="FR">Les résultats de cette recherche permettent de mettre en relief, des implications pour les organisations publiques.</span></p> <p><span lang="FR">Mots clés : Nature des liens sociaux, engagement des employés, performance individuelle.</span></p> <p><strong><span lang="FR"> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Abstract</span></strong></p> <pre><span>Studies on the individual performance of employees has occupied a primordial place in management sciences for several years. Numerous papers have been published with relevant and sometimes divergent results. This study has a dual purpose: on the one hand, it aims to investigate the influence of employee commitment on individual performance, and on the other hand, the role that the nature of social ties plays on this relationship. An empirical analysis based on a sample of 209 Cameroonian public companies reveals that employee engagement has a positive influence on the individual performance of employees and the nature of social ties only moderates this relationship. </span><span lang="EN">In Cameroon, the nature of social ties has a greater influence on the relationship between calculated commitment and individual performance. </span><span>The results of this study make it possible to highlight implications for public organizations. <span> </span></span></pre> <p><span>Key words: Nature of social ties, employee commitment, individual performance.</span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> |
