- <p>This repository contains all MATLAB code required to reproduce the figures in <a href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.13796" target="_blank" rel="noopener">McVinish (2024)</a>. The scripts evaluate the aggregation measures (Gini index, Pietra index, 1 - prevalence, coefficient of variation) of parasite load from the Tallis-Leyton model using the Whitt-Abate algorithm to invert the probability generating function. </p> <ul> <li>Figures 1, 4 and 5 produced with Tallis_Leyton_infectious_contacts.m</li> <li>Figure 2 produced with Tallis_Leyton_negative_binomial.m</li> <li>Figure 3 produced using Tallis_Leyton_age.m</li> </ul>
