| contents |
The subject of this article is the fundamental principles of strategic innovation transformations
in construction projects and the economic–managerial classification of modern approaches to their
implementation. The study focuses on examining the interconnection between strategic innovations,
managerial approaches, and the economic efficiency of construction projects while considering the
interests of all stakeholders, including developers, investors, contractors, regulatory bodies, and end users.
The research analyzes key influencing factors on innovation transformations, such as digitalization,
automation, the adoption of environmentally sustainable technologies, the integration of BIM
solutions, and artificial intelligence in project management. Particular attention is given to developing
a classification of economic–managerial approaches to strategic transformations, assessing their
effectiveness at various stages of the construction project lifecycle, and evaluating the impact of
internal and external factors on the innovation activities of enterprises.
The purpose of this article is to analyze the fundamental principles and classify economic–
managerial approaches to strategic innovation transformations in construction projects. The study
aims to identify key trends in the industry’s innovative development, evaluate the effectiveness of
different management models, and develop methodological recommendations for implementing
strategic changes. Additionally, the research seeks to identify the role of stakeholders in innovation
transformations, explore mechanisms of interaction between them, and develop methods to enhance
the efficiency of their collaboration. Special emphasis is placed on analyzing digital transformation
tools, innovation financing, and organizational changes, which enable construction companies to adapt
to modern market challenges and enhance their competitiveness.

Research Methodology. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach, allowing
for a comprehensive assessment of the economic and managerial aspects of strategic innovation
transformations in construction projects. A structural–logical approach is used for analysis, enabling
the identification of key components of strategic changes and their interrelationship with managerial
and economic factors. A comparative analysis is applied to evaluate international experience in
implementing innovation strategies, allowing for the adaptation of best global practices to the specific
characteristics of the construction market. Special attention is given to expert evaluation, conducted
through surveys of professionals in the construction industry, development, digital technologies, and
economic analysis. This approach helps identify the main barriers and opportunities for implementing
innovative solutions. Additionally, economic–mathematical modeling is used to forecast the impact of
strategic changes on financial stability and enterprise competitiveness.
Methods for modeling innovation strategies integrate data on the lifecycle of construction
projects, ensuring an assessment of their effectiveness at different stages of implementation. The
study also examines modern digital technologies, such as BIM, Big Data, artificial intelligence, and
automated management systems, analyzing their impact on transformation processes and potential
for resource optimization. The applied methodological approach enables the formation of a holistic
understanding of strategic innovation transformations in construction projects and their economic–
managerial classification, providing valuable insights for future industry developments.
Research Results. The study has identified the key factors influencing strategic innovation
transformations in construction projects and their interaction with stakeholders. The study confirmed that strategic innovation transformations in construction projects
have a multidimensional impact on economic efficiency and management processes. The introduction of
innovation strategies based on digital technologies, automation and the use of analytical systems ensures
cost optimization, increased productivity and reduced risks in the construction industry. The key conclusion
of the study is the need for an integrated approach to strategic changes, which involves close interaction
between all stakeholders, including developers, investors, contractors, government agencies and end users.
Effective innovation management contributes not only to increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, but
also to ensuring their long–term stability in a changing market environment. An important component is
the development of economic and managerial classifications of modern approaches to strategic changes,
which will allow enterprises to effectively adapt to technological and regulatory challenges. The methods
proposed in the study can be used to form new models of construction project management, which will
ensure the stable development of the industry and increase the investment attractiveness of enterprises.
|
