contents <p>Project security information policy protects confidential information is a business requirement. For<br>those projects that information security exists, risk assessments can be thought through and applied more<br>steadily. This research study evaluated the implementation of project security information policy in ecommerce industry in the Philippines as perceived by employees and managers in terms of information<br>security policy; security organization; security functions; and security coordination. Moreover, the<br>descriptive approach of research using a survey questionnaire was utilized. On the status of project security<br>information policies, the respondents agree on information security, security organization, security function,<br>and security coordination as practiced in e-commerce industry. In terms of the level of awareness on the<br>extent of implementation of project security information policies, the managers perceived that they are<br>highly aware of information security, security organization, security function, and security coordination.<br>Moreover, there is a significant difference in the perception of the respondents on the status of the project<br>security information policies in e-commerce industry. Finally, there is a significant difference in the<br>perception of the respondents on the level of awareness on the extent of implementation of project security<br>information policies in e-commerce industry in the Philippines as perceived by employees and manager.</p>
