contents <p>This code was used for motility analysis of T cells in a 3D spheroid model of pancreatic cancer.<br>Videos were taken with a light-sheet microscope and Excel files containing motility data were generated with Imaris. Based on these Excel files, this code calculates the arrest duration and the arrest coefficient of T cells and plots meaningful graphs.<br>We used R version <span lang="EN-US">4.3.2 (2023-10-31)</span>.</p>
