contents <p>This dataset contains the raw data files of calculations and Python scripts to analyze the data and create figures in the publication.</p> <p>HKT_N128_resistive - resistive calculation for the HKT test problem.<br>Tearing_N256_ideal_1 - ideal calculation for the Tearing mode test problem.<br>Tearing_N256_resistive_1 - resistive calculation for the Tearing mode test problem.</p> <p>In each folder, there are a few subdirectories corresponding to different Voigt coefficients and dissipation coefficients.</p> <p>The time sequence of each run is stored under the /test folder, and diagnostics is stored under the test_analysis.</p> <p>Python scripts for plotting the time evolution are included. Some of the plotting scripts (e.g. plot_2d_series.py) assume that Dedalus V2 is installed.</p>
