The multicellular landscape of malignant cells and follicular dendritic cell (FDC) clusters was redefined through molecular stratification based on dynamic HBV-infected states. By integrating spatial and cellular profiles, a memory B cell-like cluster of malignant cells was identified, transitioning from atypical malignant cells. This transition provides a roadmap for developing targeted therapies aimed at modulating immunocyte interactions.</span></p>
