contents <p>Hello,</p> <p>you will find here the raw data for the publication "Referenceless Surface FBG Sensors: Combined Thermal and Mechanical Monitoring of Pouch Cells".</p> <p>The data for each adhesive set (aged - A1 and A2) and (pristine - P1 and P2) and is structured as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Two sets of calibration data for determination <strong>temperature</strong> senstivitity for all cells at different times</li> <li>Three sets of calibration data for determination <strong>SOC-based strain</strong> senstivitity for all cells at different times</li> <li>Validation set for <strong>constant current cycling</strong> with C-rates of 1 C, 0.5 C and 0.2 C</li> <li>Validation set for repated <strong>WLTP cycling</strong> with a maximum C-rate of 3 C</li> </ul> <p>For the time period between the calibrations, refer to Table 1 in the publication or use the time stamp of the time-series given in the ISO 8601 format (yyyy-mm-ddTHH:MM:SS).</p> <p>Each set contains the time-series data of the cycling unit for each (U,I), the Bragg wavelength of the FBG sensors as described in the publication (A1S2 to P2S9), the temperatures of the Pt100 sensors on the cells (T_A1, T_A2, T_A3, T_A4) and the chamber temperature and relative humidity (T_chamber, RH%_chamber). </p> <p>Exceptions:</p> <ul> <li>The WLTP cycling only contains FBG data for cells P1 (FBG sensor: S1, S2 ,S5 ,S6 ,S8 ,S9) and P2 (all sensors) and no data for relative humidity and ambient temperature of the climate chamber are available.</li> <li>No results for the FBG sensors of cell A2 available in the "CheckUp_referenceless_strain_calibration"</li> </ul> <p>General hints:</p> <ul> <li>Sign convention for the current: positive values (I>0) corresspond to discharging the battery cell.</li> <li>Only raw data is provided without filtering or restriction of the data range.</li> </ul> <p>Best regards</p> <p>André Hebenbrock</p>
