- <p>This paper presents the theoretical and mathematical formulation of the Radioactive<br>Midpoint Hypothesis (PMR) within the Alkimi framework. It defines elemental transmu-<br>tation as a field-interpolated process mediated by a harmonic midpoint configuration. We<br>formalize the conditions for stability, reversibility, and energy minimization, and we present<br>the foundational theorem of Alkimi Transmutation along with its corollaries. These results<br>form the basis for computational simulations and experimental predictions.</p>
