| contents | <p>Variant call data for variety Sebastian in "vcf" format from the University of Milan Genomic DNA from individuals was sequenced to approximately 40x coverage using short (2*150nt) paired end reads. Reads were trimmed using FastP and mapped to the MorexV3 assembly with Bowtie2. PCR duplicate reads were marked with Samtools and variants were called using FreeBayes.
