This case report discusses a 20-year-old female who presented to the emergency department with severe iron overdose following the consumption of approximately 30 tablets of ferrous sulfate. Despite aggressive medical intervention, the patient developed multi-organ dysfunction and ultimately succumbed to the condition. This report highlights the clinical course, management strategies, and challenges encountered in treating severe iron toxicity.</span></p> |
