| contents | <p>This article discusses the impact of organizational and corporate culture on security management in an organization. It is emphasized that the safety culture is not just a set of rules and instructions, but a single mechanism that works in conjunction with classical occupational safety. It helps to answer the question “how?” — how to achieve security goals, make processes understandable and involve each employee. The importance of corporate culture for the formation of any organization is noted. The analysis of how the evolution of security management takes place is carried out. The best approach to improving the safety culture (CB) is outlined – leadership and commitment of top officials, involvement of all personnel and main contractors in the process of improving the CB through training. The analysis of why it is not possible to develop the design bureau sustainably is carried out. The basic postulates in understanding the safety culture are highlighted. A systematic approach to managing changes in an organization’s culture with a focus on safety (the SAFETY CULTURE MODEL) is proposed.</p> |
