- <p>This publication presents a mathematical model and hybrid heuristic algorithm (greedy + simulated annealing) to optimize task allocation in the LHC Computing Grid for the High-Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC), achieving 36% energy savings and 3.6% time reduction.
