| contents | <p>Modern professional education operates under conditions of rapid global changes, including <br>technological advances, economic instability, and sociocultural transformations. This paper explores <br>the essential needs and values of students as future professionals who require not only hard skills <br>but also a strong value foundation. The authors argue that professional education should harmonize <br>individual aspirations with societal needs by fostering ethical and competent professionals. Key <br>student needs identified include security, self-realization, and the search for meaning in a globalized <br>world. These are deeply intertwined with values such as responsibility, collaboration, empathy, and <br>environmental awareness. The study highlights the dual role of technology, which provides access <br>to knowledge but also increases risks of individualism and disorientation if not accompanied by <br>media literacy and ethical reflection.</p> |
