This research argues that AI should be used to assist, not replace, human labor. It proposes a novel legal framework, including a constitutional amendment and a statutory bill, to mandate a minimum level of human employment in Indian enterprises exceeding a specified income threshold. Anchored in the Indian Constitution and guided by international standards, this paper offers a pragmatic and ethical approach to regulate AI-driven employment substitution.</span></p> |
