The subject, a 34-year-old married woman with a master's degree in education, works as an elementary school English teacher and also engages in part-time sex work within a BDSM context.</p> <p>The tattoo—a single Chinese character meaning “prostitute”—was applied to the mons pubis, a high-tension anatomical area requiring precise technique. The session involved pain-induced vocal reactions, involuntary expulsion of inserted objects (smart balls and anal plug), and high-pressure fluid discharge that temporarily interrupted the procedure.
