-
This white paper presents a mathematical model projecting the progressive reduction of the latent HIV reservoir under a cyclic, low-toxicity latency reversal protocol using oral Resveratrol and N-acetylcysteine (NAC), administered alongside ART. The study simulates multiple treatment cycles and estimates functional cure probability based on reservoir decay thresholds.

The modeling framework explores reservoir dynamics across varying per-cycle reduction rates and quantifies the relationship between residual reservoir size and the theoretical probability of post-treatment viral control. This report includes full methodological assumptions, simulation outputs, visualizations, and complete source code (Appendix A) for independent reproduction or adaptation.

This manuscript builds upon an earlier white paper published by the author on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.15390536) and is intended to support early-stage HIV cure research, protocol design, and physiological modeling development. The author encourages open scientific discussion and future in vitro or in vivo validation.

The document includes:

Mathematical modeling assumptions

Cycle-based simulation outputs

Functional cure probability estimates

Python code (Appendix A)

Visual figures (in-line)

A full reference list

This version has not undergone peer review and is shared openly under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
