It analyses how various communication tactics, including storytelling, stakeholder involvement, and digital channels, enhance the influence of CSR activities, build stakeholder trust, and improve corporate reputation. A systematic literature review method was utilized to consolidate insights from existing studies, critically assessing findings and pinpointing gaps in the area. The findings suggest that transparent communication is fundamental to CSR as it fosters trust and authenticity. Organizations that candidly share both their successes and difficulties are viewed as more trustworthy and in harmony with societal values. For example, cases like Patagonia’s openness about sustainability challenges highlight the importance of sharing shortcomings alongside successes. Additionally, storytelling emerged as a powerful tool for humanizing CSR initiatives, while digital platforms such as social media enable real-time and interactive engagement with stakeholders. However, the review also identifies key challenges, including resource limitations, fear of reputational risks from disclosing failures, and difficulties in measuring CSR outcomes. To address these challenges, the study recommends adopting standardized reporting frameworks, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), leveraging third-party audits, and integrating emerging technologies like blockchain to enhance transparency. Metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement are also proposed as crucial tools for refining CSR communication strategies. The study underscores that CSR communication is not merely informational but relational, fostering deeper connections between organizations and stakeholders. Transparent dialogue, when implemented effectively, amplifies the impact of CSR initiatives, aligns corporate actions with societal expectations, and contributes to long-term sustainability and mutual trust. These findings provide actionable insights and serve as a foundation for further research and practical applications in CSR communication</span></em></p>
