  • <p>These datasets were generated within the PRISMA project (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Grant Agreement No. 101110615) for the correlation of urinary mycotoxin levels with food consumption patterns.</p> <p>The files contain:</p> <ul> <li>comparisons of low versus high consumption of cereals, tubers, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and dairy;</li> <li>Spearman correlations of food group consumption (cereals, nuts, etc.) with urinary mycotoxin levels;</li> <li>Spearman correlaitons of food items consumption (i.e., cofffee, bread, etc.) with urinary mycotoxin levels.</li> </ul>
