The system (100) comprises an extruder setup (50) comprising an extruder barrel (52), a screw mechanism (54), a heating element (56) for melting plastic pellets and a nozzle (58) for ejecting melted pellets out of barrel (52) in form of filaments. A cooling mechanism (60) for regulating temperature of filament to ensure rapid solidification of extruded filament. A water bath (70) for cooling extruded filament from barrel (52).
