- Cette étude nous a permis de relevé quelques failles qui freinent la performance de la Rawbank notamment le manque de l'analyse profonde sur les clients et manque de suivi du remboursement des crédits. Alors le souci majeur dans chaque banque est de parvenir à maitriser la gestion des risques, car sa bonne gestion facilite sa performance et sa pérennité. This study allowed us to identify a few flaws that hamper Rawbank's performance, in particular the lack of in-depth analysis on customers and the lack of monitoring of loan repayments. So the major concern in each bank is to achieve mastery of risk management, because its good management facilitates its performance and sustainability.
