contents
This paper offers a foundational overview of the Universal Model Framework (UMF), a theory that posits physical reality—space, time, matter, and consciousness—as emerging from a prime-indexed, fractally recursive lattice rooted in modular arithmetic. Drawing a conceptual arc from Pythagorean number mysticism and Platonic idealism through modern fractal geometry and continuum mathematics, the work contextualizes UMF within a historical lineage that reinterprets number as the substrate of being.

We outline the axiomatic structure of UMF, present its empirical predictions, and engage with key theoretical figures whose work parallels or intersects with the UMF perspective. Through this synthesis, the paper shows how the age-old quest for a discrete, deterministic structure beneath the flux of appearances converges in the prime-fractal ontology of UMF. The result is both a philosophical manifesto and a scientific program for rethinking the foundations of physics and consciousness.

This project was developed by Marco Gericke, with structured assistance from a large language model. All scientific concepts and conclusions were generated, verified, and interpreted by the author.

Dedicated to Peter Plichta, who envisioned the code before it could be computed.
