- <p><strong><span lang="UZ-CYR">Annotatsiya: </span></strong><span lang="UZ-CYR">Ushbu maqolada oksidativ stress (OS) sharoitida jigar mitoxondriyasining ATFga bog'liq kaliy (MitoK<sub>ATF)</sub> kanali faolligiga DKV-11 kon'yugatining ta'siri o'rganildi. Tadqiqot model sifatida PbCl₂ yordamida OS chaqirilgan kalamushlar ishlatildi. MitoK<sub>ATF-kanalning</sub> o'tkazuvchanligi spektrofotometrik usulda baholandi. Olingan natijalarga ko'ra, OS holatida MitoK<sub>ATF-kanal</sub> faolligi sezilarli darajada susaygan bo'lsa, DKV-11 kon'yugati qo'llanganda ushbu kanalning funksional faolligi tiklanganligi kuzatildi. Bu natijalar DKV-11 kon'yugatining mitoxondriyal funksional barqarorligini ta'minlovchi potensial antistress va gepatoprotektiv vosita sifatida farmakologik ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko'rsatadi.</span></p>
