| contents | <p><a name="_Hlk193724791"></a>Data points used as a part of the manuscript submitted to Communications Earth and Environment (draft title: 'Marine heatwaves impact organism developmental time') and it is represented graphically in Figure 4b. <br><a name="_Hlk193724791"></a>The data points show the effect of temperature (constant conditions, three levels) on developmental time of nematode <em>C. elegans</em> to different stages (called events). The values found in the file were taken from the literature (Filina et al. 2022 Proc Natl Acad Sci 119: e2123110119). They are <strong><em>not</em></strong> the original data of the above mentioned paper; these are only approximate values from selected points (not all of them) taken with web plot digitiser (https://web.eecs.utk.edu/~dcostine/personal/PowerDeviceLib/DigiTest/index.html). Those values are used as an example to illustrate how to represent stage specific developmental time as a normalised vector in a configuration space defined by the number of stages occurring during development. There is a sheet called "metadata" describing the columns of each of the two addditional sheets of the file. <br><br></p> |
