•
The analysis of expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) can vary significantly depending on the context in which it is conducted. Different biological conditions can lead to distinct eQTL patterns. For instance, eQTLs identified in one tissue may not be applicable to another, highlighting the importance of context in genetic regulation of gene expression. In this study, we performed eQTL analysis for individuals under different contexts, for example, schizophrenia-affected individuals. The genotype and expression data in this study were obtained from BrainSeq project Phase 1. In this version, we added the eQTL results based on African American (AA) and Caucasian populations separately.
