- <p><em><span lang="EN-US">This study explores the evolution of Korean language education through the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within hybrid learning environments. It investigates the pedagogical shift from traditional instruction to ICT-mediated models and proposes a framework for effective implementation. Using international case studies and qualitative methodologies, this research identifies core strategies that enhance instructional efficacy, learner engagement, and intercultural competence. The findings support the potential of hybrid classrooms to democratize access and elevate the quality of Korean language education globally.</span></em></p>
