contents <p>This repository contains the Docker container of the <strong>CoBe XR </strong><strong>Simulation Module </strong>— a custom-built spatial augmented reality installation developed within the <a href="https://www.scienceofintelligence.de/"><em>Science of Intelligence Excellence Research Cluster</em></a> in Berlin, designed for testing and showcasing collective behavior algorithms.</p> <p>The container runs the computational model of predator-prey interactions published in Bartashevich et al., <em>"Collective anti-predator escape manoeuvres through optimal attack and avoidance strategies"</em> (<a href="https://www.nature.com/articles/s42003-024-07267-2" target="_new" rel="noopener">Nature Communications Biology, 2024</a>).</p> <p>The Docker image (<code>docker.tar</code>) is used in the official <a href="https://github.com/mezdahun/CoBe" target="_new" rel="noopener">CoBe XR GitHub repository</a>, with its path specified in <code>cobe/settings/pmodulesettings.py</code>. Please refer to the <code>README.md</code> for detailed instructions on how to build and run the container, along with a description of the file structure and usage examples.</p> <p>This repository serves as a Supplementary Material to the preprint by Mezey & Bartashevich et al., <em>"Real-Time Human Interaction with Virtual Swarms in Shared Physical Space."</em></p>
