-
This study explores wave propagation in a rotating, two-dimensional magnetothermoelastic medium heated by a non-Gaussian laser pulse, using the refined multi-phaselag (MPL ) thermoelasticity model with memory-dependent derivatives. It encompasses Lord- Shulman, simple phase-lag, and Green-Naghdi II theories as special cases of MPL model. Laplace and Fourier transforms are applied to derive analytical solutions, with numerical inversion performed by the Zakian method in Mathematica 10. Graphs illustrate the effects of different theories, rotation, and magnetic fields on displacement, temperature, and stress.
