contents <p>This dataset was collected as part of a study investigating the effectiveness of an online Cognitive Behavioral Psychoeducation Program aimed at reducing test anxiety among middle school students. The study involved 414 eighth-grade students from four public middle schools in Samsun, Turkey, during the 2023–2024 academic year. Participants were randomly assigned to experimental, placebo, and control groups. The dataset includes measurements from the Westside Test Anxiety Scale, Study Habits Inventory, and standardized mock exam scores across four time points (pre-test, post-test, three-month follow-up, and six-month follow-up). All personally identifiable information has been removed to protect participants’ privacy.</p>
