| contents | <p><strong><em><span>Abstract</span></em></strong></p> <p><strong><em><span><span> </span></span></em></strong><em><span>Women empowerment has become all the rage over the world that tends to determines women’s growth and control over financial, human and intellectual resources in society to know their self-worth and rights to take their decisions independently. The discussion on the topic itself tells more work is needed to be done in the field, due to long prevailing gender discrimination and dominance of men in the society although women makes almost 50% population of the country still looked down and not empowered to stand on the same platform as man does. She is always labeled for permission or dependency in childhood controlled by her father and brother, after marriage her husband and during old age by her son she never feels that freedom of joy to make her own decisions in life and to decide her own destiny. A woman is always looked out as a second gender although it could not be denied how gradually women are growing in every sphere of life they just need an opportunity and belief. Women empowerment though talks about growth of women but somewhere society connects it with man hatred too.</span></em></p> |
