| contents | <p>This <strong>sequel</strong> to the CISI white paper introduces the Ψ = 0 ↔ C = 1 symmetry. This equation converges entropy, information, and the universe’s thermodynamic fate. Building directly on the <strong>Cosmic Information Saturation Index (CISI)</strong>, this work proposes that when information saturation (C) reaches unity, all informational disequilibrium (Ψ) vanishes.</p> <p> </p> <p>The result is a refractive, <strong>recursive cosmogenesis </strong>model where black holes seed future universes in a self-replicating informational cycle. Three observational tests and falsifiability criteria are provided, forming a testable candidate for a Theory of Everything…small in form, infinite in consequence.</p> <p> </p> <p>“Nothing is impossible.”</p> |
