contents
This dataset contains all of the model output required to generate the figures in the manuscript "Amplified bottom water acidification rates on the Bering Sea shelf from 1970–2022". The model simulation was run using the Bering10K ROMS model and the BESTNPZ ecosystem model, release K20P19.

The '_average_' files contain weekly averaged output for 5-year segments of surface and bottom variables displayed in the figures. The '_station_' files contain 6-hourly 3D output for 35 predetermined locations throughout the model domain, with the M2 and M8 mooring locations at index values 2 and 8, respectively. The Taylor series decomposition output is located in the .mat files.
