  • <p>Bell's Theorem is often presented as a definitive refutation of local realism, grounded in the empirical violation of Bells inequality. This interpretation rests on the assumption of statistical independence - that hidden variables are not correlated with measurement settings. I argue that this assumption is a philosophical presumption rather than an empirically established fact, and that its rejection commonly labeled as superdeterminism restores logical coherance to a causally closed universe without invoking nonlocality or fundamental randomness. Contrary to widespread characterizations, superdeterminism does not require conspiratorial coordination, but follows directly from a consistent application of determinism to all aspects of physical systems, including measurement configurations. This critique suggests that the paradoxes attributed to quantum mechanics arise from unexamined metaphysical commitment rather than empirical necessity. </p>
